Lyon Care Cleaning Ltd provides professional cleaning services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or phone call from us.
• Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the actual scope of work.

3. Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area free of charge.

5. Liability

Lyon Care Cleaning Ltd is fully insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item.
